We had our windows replaced last year by this firm. The experience was very positive. I liked the fact that I could go to their showroom and talk to the workers there. Paul, the sales person who walked us through all the window replacement possibilities, was thorough & very knowledgable. He knew his windows! He took the time to explain in detail all the pros and cons associated with each window style & their installation process. We were impressed with the fact that all their installation crew were employees, not sub-contractors & that the business was owned & operated like a family business. We chose Anlin windows because of the precise way in which each window would be manufactured using our window measurements. Nothing "standard" about it. Each window was made only after Paul came to our house and measured each opening. And the installation process itself was seamless! Installers were pleasant, thorough, careful about outdoor plantings and shrubs and indoor work areas. Tarps were laid to protect flooring and furniture. Each old window was removed and the new one was installed one at a time so we had no big gaping holes to admit insects, birds or critters. It took several days & they cleaned up before leaving each day Watching the four guys work was like watching a well-oiled machine humming along. We were impressed with the diligence exhibited after each window was set in place. Nothing was "acceptable" until the window was opened and closed several times to assure proper alignment; especially important with the two huge sliders installed off our family room and master bedroom. Happy camper here!

I really liked them and they did a very good job of explaining their warranties. They did a good job at explaining what services they do and when and they also were good in helping pick the right windows. They were able to answer a lot of technical questions.  I was very pleased with them.

In the past 8 years Custom exteriors has done 4 jobs at my house.  On the first one we took out a picture window looking out into our backyard. The replacement was a swing out double french door with 2 sidelights.  The job involved cutting away siding and stucco , door installation and changing the electrical. They were on time neat and did a nice job. A couple of months later the door needed to be slightly adjusted. They came back in 2 days and adjusted it no charge. 
I spoke with the owner Jeff and i really got the impression he wanted me to be satisfied with everything they did. Since then they have done my front door , a sliding patio door and my roof. I am very happy with all 4 of the jobs they did for me.
